About the Artist
My name is Ben but I regularly go by 'Dincorta' in art-related stuff.I've been drawing since I was a very small kid, but school break-times spent doodling stick-man comics with my friends is what kickstarted my real passion for it. Meridian Six is a huge part of my life and I want it to be even bigger!I have a BA in Computer Animation and an MA in Games Enterprise, so I have a ton of experience in 3D software and game engines, which I am trying to implement more in my comics. I've been building a career as a game developer but my true passion will always be illustration.
About Meridian Six
'Meridian Six' is the collective name of all of my projects that fit inside the same little cluster of shared universes. The main individual titles so far include 'Cold Reset', 'The Black Mist' and 'Evokado!'I've been writing for Meridian Six since I was 13 years old, with a myriad of stick-man comics telling the origins of my main characters. Over the years since, I've rewritten and redeveloped many of the old storylines, and somehow find myself still working on it today.M6 is a mammoth of a project, one that I am extremely passionate about, and I'm finding my bearings in regards to what titles to develop, which stories to tell, and how best to tell them!

It's coming up on 2 years since The Black Mist: Summit dropped in print. It was a bit of a tester issue for Cold Reset's sister series, and I learned quite a lot working on it and on getting feedback in the years since. As an artist, I've grown too.
If you own a copy and are wondering "where the hell is issue 2?!" rest assured that it's coming. TBM was not my primary focus and still isn't, but I do have some cool stuff planned with it!Anyway, more on that in the future. This post is just to say that, after 2 years, Summit is finally up on the main site to read for FREE! So if you never grabbed a copy of the book, go check it out and maybe consider supporting it if you like it.It's short and sweet, but very much begins to lay the groundwork for a new story with a new aesthetic and new characters!

Or must Alec see this journey through to the end?
Dr. Renji Otsuka
Dr. Otsuka is stuck here on all fronts. What started out for her as a research expedition has developed into being the head of a secret operation investigating the cosmic mysteries we've since been introduced to. She is thick-skinned and has sharp wits, two things that have helped carry her this far. But as she hits more dead ends, she is beginning to question the very people guiding her.
